RESEARCH INTEREST & COLLABORATION
My research interests lie with Knowledge management, value co-creation, social media and cloud. I am particularly interested in KM application, factors and how KM can be applied in service innovation activities. My recent research also includes digital libraries, information literacy, information seeking behavior, service quality assurance and Webometrics.

I am continuing to design and conduct studies on knowledge management, innovation, cloud and information seeking behavior. Along with my published articles in journals, conference proceedings and book chapters, I have a series of working papers in various stages.
